MEET THE TEAM

Alastair Caisley

Solicitor

Alastair graduated with a law degree from Nottingham University and qualified as a solicitor in 1986 and as a Notary Public in 1989.

Alastair handles a broad range of commercial property transactions for a variety of clients including property investors, developers, small and large businesses, and multi-national corporations. Transactions include property development and funding, and the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property. He also deals with all aspects of property work for a large, landed estate.

Alastair is married with a son and has a wide range of interests, which include triathlons, running, and tennis. He is also a long-standing member of his local church PCC and a Trustee of a number of charities.

Alastair is a qualified Notary Public – details of which can be found on the Notary Public Tunbridge Wells and Notary Public Sevenoaks websites.

Callum Main

Solicitor

Callum trained and qualified as a solicitor with a local firm between 2017-2019. He joined Keogh Caisley in July 2021 and was made a Director in December 2021. In addition to his work as a solicitor, Callum is also a qualified Notary Public and can assist clients with having their documents recognised abroad.

Callum specialises in the full range of transactional property work, which includes commercial landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals, refinancing and residential conveyancing. He has been the lead lawyer on countless transactions ranging in value from £0 – £90 million. Callum aims to establish an early positive relationship with all his clients, and other professionals alike, to successfully conclude transactions in the best and most efficient way.

Callum has always lived locally to Tunbridge Wells and now enjoys a short walk to work. He likes to spend his free time playing rugby for Crowborough RFC, socialising with friends & family and, when the sun shines, paddle boarding.

Leidy Gómez

Managing Director | Property Solicitor

Leidy trained and qualified as a solicitor in London in 2015, gaining extensive experience in leasehold transactions, complex lending, and high-value residential property work. She previously worked at leading firms including Adams & Remers and Birketts.

Leidy took over as Managing Director of Keogh Caisley in June 2025. She now leads the firm with a focus on legal excellence, operational resilience, and client care ,while continuing to act for clients in both London and the South East.

Her practice centres on residential property transactions, lease extensions, and complex refinancing. She regularly advises high-net-worth individuals, international clients, and portfolio investors, and has particular expertise in specialist lending and unusual title structures, including criss-cross leaseholds and shared access arrangements.

Fluent in English and Spanish, Leidy is known for her clear communication style and her ability to demystify legal complexities for clients. She is also active in mentoring and public speaking.

As Managing Director, Leidy oversees the firm’s compliance, staffing, and strategic direction, ensuring Keogh Caisley continues to deliver exceptional service with integrity and warmth.

Outside of work, Leidy enjoys mentoring junior professionals, spending time with her family, and building a sustainable, people-focused legal practice that reflects the values of transparency, excellence, and community.

Hannah Subhan

Senior Conveyancing Paralegal

Hannah joined the firm in September 2025 as a Senior Residential Conveyancing Paralegal. She began her career in 2018 with a leading London firm in residential development sales before transitioning to conveyancing in 2019, where she supported the head of the department. At Keogh Caisley, Hannah works closely with the Managing Director and manages a diverse range of conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, buy-to-let transactions, and remortgages. Outside of work, Hannah enjoys travelling, reading, and spending time with her family
